Pinnacle's Guarantees

Pinnacle's services come with guarantees that ensure our clients “Peace of Mind” that their affirmative action plans are technically accurate, developed in complete affirmative action compliance with the latest OFCCP regulations and delivered within the agreed upon timetable:

• Pinnacle guarantees that should the OFCCP have a technical issue with any aspect of our client’s affirmative action plan, Pinnacle will address and correct the issue at no additional cost;
• Pinnacle guarantees that should the OFCCP require revisions or modifications to any part of our client’s affirmative action plan, that Pinnacle will make the modification and rerun the plan within 48 hours to ensure compliance – at no additional cost; and
• Pinnacle guarantees that should it miss the promised delivery date of any of our client’s plans, they will receive the following year’s affirmative action plan, for FREE.

Price Protection

Pinnacle AAP does not require its clients to sign multi-year contracts. We prefer that our clients return year after year because they are satisfied with our superior service, not due to a contractual obligation. Pinnacle provides clients with 3 additional years of guaranteed price protection for the given number of plans that are provided in subsequent plan years, typically at a discount from the 1st year’s price.
