Company Overview

Pinnacle was founded by David Israel and Rene Martinez in 2003 with the objective and focus of re-establishing a market leader in the field of affirmative action outsourcing services. David and René had been instrumental in the formation and growth of Optimum Affirmative Action Services in 1989. That company became the leading U.S. provider of affirmative action plan development on an outsourcing basis prior to its sale in 2001.

Over the past six years, Pinnacle has grown to regain its prominence in the market place again. Representing clients in over 40 states, Pinnacle continues to strive to provide excellence in client experience as well as the best value proposition.
