Bobbie Ibieta

Bobbie Ibieta, Sr. Vice President of Pinnacle Affirmative Action Services, L.L.C., has over 12 years of affirmative action planning experience. Ms. Ibieta has been involved in all aspects of affirmative action planning and is responsible for the oversight of all plan development and customer service. In addition to providing technical assistance to customers and to Pinnacle’s Affirmative Action Specialists, Ms. Ibieta conducts on-site OFCCP compliance reviews and AAP training for customers.

Ms. Ibieta was the former Director of Operation with a national HR consulting firm specializing in affirmative action planning services and software development. Prior to its merger in September of 2001, Ms. Ibieta was Director of Operations with Optimum Affirmative Action Services, a nationwide leader in providing outsourced affirmative action planning solutions. In 2003, Ms Ibieta obtained her PHR certification. She attended The University of New Orleans.
