Bobbie Ibieta

Bobbie Ibieta, Sr. Vice President of Pinnacle Affirmative Action Services, L.L.C., has over 13 years of Affirmative Action/EEO experience. Ms. Ibieta is responsible for the oversight of all aspects of developing compliant Affirmative Action Programs and for ensuring customer satisfaction. She effectively communicates and assists clients with the implementation of new/updated requirements issued by the DOL, OFCCP and other pertinent government agencies. Ms. Ibieta conducts client training, management training as well as mock audits. She serves as the liaison between clients and the OFCCP. Ms. Ibieta’s experience with the OFCCP provides clients the best possible support in audit situations.

Prior to joining Pinnacle, Ms. Ibieta was the former Director of Operation with a national HR consulting firm specializing in affirmative action planning services and software development. She held the same role with Optimum Affirmative Action Services, a nationwide leader in providing outsourced affirmative action planning solutions.

In 2003, Ms Ibieta obtained her PHR certification. She attended The University of New Orleans.
