Rene Martinez
Rene Martinez, President of Pinnacle Affirmative Action Services, L.L.C., has over 20 years of experience in senior management positions for several industries in financial and operations management as well as in strategic planning and business development. Prior to his forming Pinnacle, Mr. Martinez was President of Newtek Financial of Louisiana, a company providing outsourcing of back office accounting and financial bookkeeping services.
He was Senior Vice President of Business Development for a software development company that provides web-based solutions for enterprise level clients to effectively manage their human capital as well as affirmative action planning services. Prior to its merger in September of 2001, Mr. Martinez was President of Optimum Affirmative Action Services, providing EEO/AA outsourcing solutions for companies nationwide.
Mr. Martinez graduated from Tulane University in 1979 with a Masters and a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering. He obtained his MBA from The Graduate School of Business of Stanford University in 1986.
